Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Infinity Ads Protocols platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Infinity Ads Protocols; by using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Platform Description
Infinity Ads Protocols is a Decentralized Ads Protocol built on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC). Users deposit USDT (Tether) to activate engagement missions and earn rewards in both USDT and INFI tokens through the completion of daily engagement tasks across multiple social media and advertising platforms. The platform operates a multi-level referral network with rank-based commission structures, providing additional earning opportunities through sponsor bonuses, matching commissions, and lucky draw mechanisms.
Definitions
Throughout these Terms of Service, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set forth below. "Platform" refers to the Infinity Ads Protocols application, website, and all associated services. "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform. "USDT" refers to Tether, a stablecoin pegged to the United States Dollar, deployed on the BNB Smart Chain. "INFI" refers to the native utility token of the Infinity Ads Protocols ecosystem. "Active Mission" means the aggregate sum of all currently active ads missions associated with a User's account. "Task" refers to any engagement activity presented to a User through the daily task pool. "Referral Network" refers to the multi-level organizational structure connecting Users through direct and indirect sponsorship relationships. "Rank" denotes a User's tier within the platform hierarchy, ranging from INFI-0 (base) through INFI-15 (highest).
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use Infinity Ads Protocols. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in the platform complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations governing digital assets, cryptocurrency, and online engagement activities. The platform reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required at any time, and failure to comply with such requests may result in account suspension or termination.
Account Registration & Security
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account on the platform; operating multiple accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Your username, once selected during registration, is permanent and cannot be changed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via WhatsApp OTP for enhanced account security. You must notify us immediately at support@infinityads.io if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Deposits & Missions
Users may deposit USDT on the BNB Smart Chain with a minimum deposit of 10 USDT. Deposited funds are credited to your platform balance and may be used to activate ads missions. Each mission comprises 600 tasks with a return of 0.5% of the mission amount per task, split 60% USDT and 40% INFI. Users may complete a maximum of 10 tasks per day, resulting in an approximate 60-day cycle per mission. Each mission is subject to a 3x earning cap — once total earnings attributed to a mission reach three times its activation amount, the mission automatically closes. Multiple missions may run concurrently, and a single task completion advances all active missions simultaneously. Deposits are non-refundable once missions have been activated, and expired missions close automatically at the end of their cycle.
Task System & Earnings
The daily task pool draws from multiple social media and advertising platforms, with each platform contributing tasks at varying difficulty levels. Users advance through per-platform levels sequentially, unlocking new tasks as they progress. Tasks are verified through multiple mechanisms including timed engagement, link review, referral milestones, rank achievements, team membership thresholds, and group membership checks. A single task completion simultaneously advances all of a User's active missions. The per-task reward is calculated as the User's total Active Mission value multiplied by 0.5%, distributed as 60% USDT and 40% INFI.
Referral Program & Commissions
Infinity Ads Protocols operates a referral commission structure where rates vary based on the sponsor's rank. A 10% matching bonus is distributed to the direct sponsor (L1) on task completion. All referral commissions are split 60% USDT and 40% INFI and are subject to the per-mission 3x earning cap. Artificial referral inflation — including but not limited to self-referral, Sybil referral networks, or incentivized sign-ups without genuine engagement — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination. Participation in the referral program does not guarantee any income; earnings depend entirely on the legitimate engagement activities of your referral network.
Lucky Draw (Gacha) System
The lucky draw system provides bonus earning opportunities triggered by network activity. Egg draws are awarded to depositors upon mission activation (1-10% of deposit amount). Treasury draws are awarded to the direct sponsor (L1) at 1-8% of the referral's deposit. Orb draws are awarded to L2-L3 upline sponsors at 0.5-5%. Rank draws are awarded to L4-L15 upline sponsors who maintain an active mission, at 0.1-2%. All lucky draw outcomes are probabilistic and no guaranteed prize amount or frequency is implied. All prizes are subject to the per-mission 3x earning cap and may be partially or fully capped.
INFI Token Disclaimer
INFI is a utility token designed for use within the Infinity Ads Protocols ecosystem. INFI is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument of any kind. The platform makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the current or future monetary value of INFI tokens. INFI token value is subject to market volatility and may fluctuate significantly or decline to zero. The platform has no obligation to repurchase, buy back, or maintain the value of INFI tokens. The burn mechanism reduces circulating supply over time but does not guarantee price appreciation. Nothing in these Terms or on the platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
Risk Disclaimer
Participation in the Infinity Ads Protocols platform involves significant risks inherent to digital assets and blockchain technology. These risks include but are not limited to: volatility in digital asset values, smart contract vulnerabilities or failures despite security audits, BNB Smart Chain network risks including congestion, forks, or downtime, and evolving regulatory uncertainty across jurisdictions. You should only commit funds that you can afford to lose entirely. Past performance on the platform is not indicative of future results. The information provided on the platform does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and you should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination: fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct of any kind; market manipulation or artificial inflation of earnings or referral metrics; Sybil attacks, including the creation or operation of multiple accounts by a single individual or coordinated group; exploitation of platform vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors (which must be reported immediately); money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion; automated or bot-driven activity unless expressly authorized; abuse of referral mechanics including but not limited to wash referrals and circular deposit schemes; and harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at other Users or platform personnel.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the platform — including but not limited to source code, smart contracts, user interface design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and branding — are and remain the exclusive property of Infinity Ads Protocols. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any aspect of the platform without prior written consent. By submitting any content to the platform, you grant Infinity Ads Protocols a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with platform operations.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Infinity Ads Protocols, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: fluctuations in INFI token or other digital asset values; smart contract failures or vulnerabilities; BNB Smart Chain network disruptions, congestion, or forks; third-party service disruptions; or unauthorized account access resulting from User negligence. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Infinity Ads Protocols exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or cyberattacks.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinity Ads Protocols, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your use or misuse of the platform; your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; your violation of any rights of a third party; or any fraudulent, negligent, or intentionally harmful activity conducted through your account. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation by providing written notice to the other party, with a thirty (30) day period to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its then-current rules. These Terms and all disputes hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek relief in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees in connection with any dispute resolution proceedings.
Modifications & Termination
Infinity Ads Protocols reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via email or prominent platform notification prior to the effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The platform may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to verification and compliance review. Certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination, including without limitation the sections on Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property.
